Hi GB,
The larger rubber block is one of two that fits on the end of the seal in the trunk on the left and right sides which separates the forward part of the frunk from the cowl section under the windshield. They fill the gap between the end of the seal and the left and right frunk walls. The tube-like projection on the part fits into the void in the seal to hold it in place. A dab 3M Black super weatherstrip adhesive can be used to glue them to the seal so they stay in place going forward

The first two are already answered.
The last one (rubber washer) I believe is the following. I completely gutted and reassembled my frunk for my paint change and the only place I recall a rubber washer is here. There are two bolts with rubber washers that hold the rubber bellows which connect to the top of the HVAC suitcase. They're behind the fresh air intake grill on the cowl and secure the top part of the bellows to the body. The rubber washers prevent water from leaking through the bolt hole from the outside.
Aside from this location, I didn't encounter any rubber washers anywhere else in the frunk when I gutted it.
