Question When is the next Meeting in either LA, OC, or SD?

I know there was an Orange County meeting last weekend, and I really wanted to go, but my Volvo wouldn't start (for sale sign went on it next day), so I couldn't get back to my 993 in time to make it.
I would really like to hang out with some of you guys in person, and I would like to check out all the stuff you guys do with your cars as well. Are there any local hangouts that I should check out?
I am going over to the 76 station tonight to mix in some 100 octane with my current tank to see if I can notice a better drive this weekend.
I am sure you guys would post anyways, and I will try to post some pics of my new mistress after I detail it sat.

The best way to meet San Diego folks is to come to one of their events. They are a real friendly bunch..check out http://www.pcasd.org This weekend thay are running Buttonwillow up in Kern County, a Time Trial and Club Race I believe. Can't swear on the Club Race though. Also check out their web page where they have their "fuzzy" events announced.

Orange County PCA meets on the first Saturday of the month ...on March 1st, after their breakfast gathering (where you will be introduced to the group as a visiting member) they are going to Tyno Technology, 2418 West 17th Street in Santa Ana for a dyno demo....one lucky member may be ablwe to dyno his/her car. From all I have seen, San Diego and OC are very social with wine tours, etc. on a frequent basis. For me personally, I could never belong to any club that would admit me as a member, a paraphrase from Graucho Marx, an ancient and very dead comic.

SoCal-CJ,
some friends and I "MIGHT" be going for a spin somewhere on Sunday morning? I say might factoring on weather, time and traffic etc. One buddy is dropping his wife at LAX at 8:30 so that why the later 9:00 start and thus the tentative nature. Another buddy a couple streets over just bought a 996 but, we will still let him come!! Email me offline if you want to come for a spin?

Cheers,
Dylan.

p.s. Your just around the corner too, or on the way for us heading to the hills.
p.s.s. You can check out those Puma shoes.

Dylan/SoCal - I still have some tread left from the last time (Oct. 20th) Let me know if you plan to go - though at 9 am there will be plenty of crotch rockets clogging up the canyons. Still would be fun to get together.

Also, there is a group that sometimes meets at the Starbucks just west of the 101 @ Malibu Canyon. Don't know if they plan to be there this Sunday - 7-7:30ish is their usual time.

Let me know your plans.

Dylan - you have a private message.
