Engine jacking point solution
Some of your guys may seen this product on the Autometric Motorsport's web site already, but I decided to add a DIY installation instruction in the <a href="http://p-car.com" target="_blank">http://p-car.com</a> web site for the 993 owners. This product was orignally made for just 911 race cars without the factory catalytic converter, or the stock exhaust system but I found no problem in fitting it on a standard street 993.

I was able to add the tow hook on to the jacking block without any problem, I took it off because it looked too ricer on a street car. As you can see from the picture of the rear of my car you can see the tow hook mounting holes on the jacking block clears the bumper and the CAT.
