Default Rose Passion - Anyone Use?

As title says... just wondering if anyone has used before and if so what has your experience been?
Any and all comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Paul

I have with good success. I was hunting for a NOS transmission mount and they were great to deal with verifying all earlier part numbers, now superceded.

I've had a couple of very good experiences with them. Shipping via DHL to the east coast is super fast, probably takes a couple extra days to get to King Tubby's listed location of Uranus.

Just make sure you confirm who the manufacturer of the part or parts is. They have been know to send aftermarket parts out when listing and charging for Genuine Porsche ones

I did several times.
They are very fast, decent prices and are easy to deal with.
just double check what manufacturer they use that's all.

100% of the brand new genuine Porsche parts I am installing on the car I am rebuilding are coming from Rosepassion.

I perfectly know I could get a better discount at the Porsche Local Dealer, but there is a but, they threat private customers as B or C customers, and the wait for the delivery of parts in honestly unacceptable for someone who needs parts to be installed in a couple days.

I prefer hundreds times paying a 5% more on the final price but have equal consideration with other customers (and get the things delivered in maximum a couple days from payment here in Italy), instead of having to pray the warehouse manager of the official Porsche local dealer, who obviously gives priority first to orders concerning the Porsche dealer workshop, secondly to professional users who have external workshops and finally, if they have time left over, to private individuals like me.

What is stated above is true, they often send OEM spare parts, i.e. from the same manufacturer that produces them for Porsche, but at a price that is only a few Euros higher than what is found on the internet from the most convenient OEM spare parts websites, so in the end I believe the savings of time and the service offered are worth a few euros more.
On some things, like door seals for example, but also on other parts, I specifically asked for Genuine Porsche Parts to be sent to me and this cuts the bull's-eye.

Due to the project I am carrying out, I have often spoken to their sales department and I must say that they have been very present.
Just to make an example, a few days ago I got home from them all the underbody plastics and one of them (the gearbox cover) was evidently brand new as all the others, but with riveted plastic part (which thing on the original and broken part was't): I wrote them an Email contesting the authenticity of the product, and they phoned me (!) to explain that that piece is now sold like this by Porsche A.G., which is something incredible when you think about it.

UN-BE-LIE-VA-BLE!

I appreciated their attitude of wanting to involve the customer in understanding the situation, I mean, if the official Porsche Company sells kind of refurbished items, as good as new, to be fitted to 911s and charges them at the price of unmodified parts, it is not rosepassion's fault.
They even made themselves available to take the part back and give me back the corresponding balance, but I have yet to understand if I will be able to find that particular part used and in excellent condition, because it seems very hard to find.

Just curious why though? Far cheaper prices available in the US.

I've never used them for that very reason. Hopefully that comment is appreciated.

same here, the part wasn’t available in US. I think Rose gets them direct from EU OEM manufacturers.
fast and as advertised. Would def use them again

100%
We were chasing the same parts at the same time! I went back to the NOS trans mount when I pulled my motor to do a top end rebuild. Happy to give up a little firmness to get rid of the death drone.
