I was told to check if my vehicle suffered from the lack of the fix known as "horn relay update". I checked with my authorised service centre and they said that the vehicle did not fall in the VIN range. I tried to independently verify this prior to going to service centre but could not come up with anything apart from

THe link that you show seems quite likely to be describing this very same horn relay update which supposedly triggers off the airbag in certain situations. Dealers may even help you by answering over the telephone perhaps or atleast I dont see why they could not.
