The PO bought the mats and I have no idea where he got them from, but they are factory Porsche mats. Thanks for the compliments.

Looks really nice. I like multicolor interiors. I bought some leather, but still trying to figure out what to put where.
What is Surflex?

Surflex is a vinyl/leather coating. The door inserts and door pockets/handles were covered with it. It seems to be pretty durable, and the finish looks factory. The only problem is that unless prepped perfectly, it doesn't work well on high flex pieces. I should have sanded the leather a bit because it cracked on the shift boot.
