Default Vacuum tubing help on 993

1997 993 varioram vacuum tubing question here. I've taken the motor out, put it back in, refreshed pretty much everything, plugs, wires, caps, rotors, clutch, alternator, fan, starter, all vacuum lines, etc.

The motor is back in as of this weekend, and the only thing I can't seem to figure out is where the remaining vacuum lines connect. I have 4 questions

1) I connected this weird fitting, but I'm not 100% that the vacuum hose on 1B connects there, or if it should be on #2?
2) There vacuum hose elbow here, but I don't have anything to connect it to
3) I think 3 is just a vent line and doesn't connect to anything can anyone confirm?

4) Once I put the blower back in, what does #4 connect to?

3 connects to the distributor body. pulls air out.
4 I think is open to allow the valve to vent as it works. IIRC
on second look, there should also be a vacuum hose connected to 4, think there is a loose one near the distributor. look for the electrical plug that also plugs in the valve.

Really Bill?? You are going to blow the poor guys mind (and mine). Ok myfn993, The clear hose is connected to the hot air manifold. It is kinda L shaped above the distributors. Number C is correct, number B is correct.
I am going to my tech in the morning to get some pressure plate screws. I stripped one. He and I talked about this a few months back. There is one hose that he said doesn't connect to anything. I'll confirm with him and get back to you.

there are lots of vacuum failure points any one of which can cost a lot of hp. On mine the last one was the #32 heater up under the front dash, it took years to find and cost ~25Hp

So here's what I've got so far. I found #3 (from my original picture), that one was super simple, thank you for pointing it out

I think as I look through this, I have a mistake which might be leading to my confusion.... In the above diagram, #30 is the fuel pressure regulator, and it appears to connect directly to the intake manifold. I say that because the only vacuum plug I remember on this engine (#73 in diagram above).

That leaves only #2 and #4 from my original question..... and I'm hoping that my #2 (vacuum elbow coming off the fuel pressure regulator) connects to the front of the intake (what I connected in yellow below). Can anyone confirm?

That leaves me with #4, which is the bottom of the blower motor vacuum thingy (maybe 3c??)....AND... now a disconnected vacuum line (red below) coming out of the plus shaped vacuum distributor (in green below). Do I just connect them?

Anyone have any input, I'm dying here. These are the last few pieces to putting this car back together.

I believe your connection from the fuel pressure regulator is correct as you've drawn it above. i think the vacuum line you have circled in red on the above picture should go to the vacuum solenoid #4 in your pictures at the top.

I have no input other than to say that for all of my connections I cinched a small tie wrap around the hose at the connection.
