Thanks, Jeff. I already had an email into them about shipping to Hawaii. LOL... every source online seems to point back to that site for the fluid.

Try these guys. No affiliation other than a satisfied customer. They've also got good prices and selection of parts such as filters, plugs, etc. Great guys and have been buying LubroMoly (hint: quantity discounts ) from them for some time.

Thanks, Edward. I just emailed them... we'll see what they say about shipping to Hawaii.

Thumbs up

Haven't done it on the 993 but did it on the Audi. Pulled as much fluid out as I could with a turkey baster. Then cranked and ran engine for about a second, then shut it off again and sucked out some more fluid. Did this a few more times till the pump stopped dumping fluid in the reservoir. Then filled the reservoir. Started the engine and let it idle till pump stopped whining, checked the level often. Then with the engine idling, I cranked the steering wheel slowly from lock to lock and checked the level as I reached each lock. This speeds up the purging of air from the system.

Would guess Pentosin would be available at any Porsche/Audi dealer. Also try Blaufergnugen (Audi aftermarket store)
