C4 Millenium Edition
TIA and Happy New Year
James
It was the chameleon color that A4Q mentions. And if I recall correctly, they all had the painted but "polished look" wheels (special coating / treatment).
I would think it would be a fairly nice car to own, and I know the Millenium versions were all very expensive when new.
You might try the service department at the Porsche Dealer in Buffalo, if that's NOT who owns the car. They have an excellent service department. AutoPlace Porsche at 716-633-5200. Talk to the head of the service dept OR Brian Culligan - he is the owner of the dealership. He may know or have sold the car.
Also, Joel Reiser from the PCA lives in the Rochester area. Joel is the Tech guy on the PCA web-site for the 993-996 cars and is very helpful. He would know some names of inspection people in Buffalo. You can reach Joel through the PCA website's "Tech" section.
Email me if you draw a blank on any of these ideas.

I am not familiar with this car, but I know a fair amount about the Millennium.....I owned #223, which I sold this summer with less than 10,000 miles.....it was a great car, almost to nice to drive.....beautiful interior
Only 300 or 400 were imported into NA and only 30 some had the tiptronic option....my Millennium did and the MSRP was $94,000 before luxury and sales taxes
The paint was a one off mix and was called Viola Chromaflair.....There was one in Autoweek a few weeks ago offered by the original owner with 6000 miles and the asking price was $59,000....
A deal would be under $55000 for 28000 miles....I think it has been on the market for ever, even Ebay, where there is one listed now.
If I can help you let me know.....
