Anyone ever change the inner rubber window slot seal that runs inside the window and also the fixed window on the driver's side.......felt material is facing/sliding against the window....thanks for any info in advance......my seal is split and needs replaced.......

Wondered if any complications with the switches or alarm light that are on top of the black trim piece, i.e. short wires difficult to replug in, etc....

In order to access, it looks like the black trim piece on top of the door panel (with alarm light/mirror switches) can be removed with two phillips screws at the front of the trim piece at the front of the door edge (after taking off black plastic cover piece that has one screw), and one screw under a plastic screw head cover at the rear of the black trim piece...........does the seal just snap into place?......
