Advice needed re my cab top?

I had my 95 black Cab top replaced by my Porsche dealer about 5 years ago. Their work was not great and "pin marks" have appeared. There are no tears in the top but the top just does not look tight above both door glass. Almost like a reverse ding in the canvas. The problem is likely caused by the retaining straps not being installed properly which is supposed to guide the bar to ensure proper folding the of the canvas so that the canvas does not interfer with the pins when the top is down.

This car is garaged, covered and pampered and the sides, above both door glass, do not look tight like a proper top should.

First - Any suggestions?

Are there any solutions to make the top look just right?

I hope I can avoid replacing the top since it is not worn or torn.
