I just looked it up. Current prices on ATE brake hoses for 993- $41 ea for front; $31 each for rear. .

I upgraded to SS hoses 20 years ago. No regrets.

It's a nice opportunistic upgrade, the kind of thing you do if you ever find yourself doing an overhaul of the braking system. Did it with mine as part of the suspension upgrades.
