Default OT- NJ urban legend

I just heard this urban legend. There are some NJ State Troopers monitoring a stretch of highway, somewhere in the state, with radar guns on. At 3am or so, they get a hit at some speed near 200mph, but see absolutely nothing. A week or so later the same thing happens, a 198mph or so hit, but absolutely nothing is seen. The troopers decide to check the radar, but find no problems. A week later or so, another pair of troopers has the exact same occurence; 186mph or so, but nothing is seen. At this point, the troopers decide to set up a roadblock on that particular stretch of road. For two weeks, nothing happens. Then they catch a black Ferrari Testarossa, driving with all his lights off; the driver wearing night-vision goggles! At this point the legend gets a little fuzzy, but needless to say the police were less than happy with him.....

Has anyone else heard of this story? Or contradict/confirm its accuracy?

It wasnt NJ it was California. It wasnt a Ferrari it
was a Black Trans Am. They werent State Troopers
they were Ponch and Jon and it wasnt nite vision
goggles. They were special David Hasselhof nite rider
sun glasses. I Know the lady who use to date the guy
who cleaned the pool of the aunt of the girl who used to
babysit for the officer who pulled the guy over.

Is she good-looking? Does she have a single sister?
