Anteras were real popular in the mid 90's. They had a 3 spoke and a 5 spoke design that I used to see alot. Lately I haven't seen them around at all.

Oh boy!

I had a set of these (I called 'em Miami Vice) back when I bought my car:

I placed them on eBay for what I thought was A LOT of money for them... And they sold in 2 hours for FULL price.

They had a valve stem in the lug hole, so the wheel would look real smooth without interruption. They were heavy like lead but after selling them I was told that the quality was unmatched, and that they were a great brand name.

Dang... I replaced them w/ RUF wheels... Then cup wheels... Now 18" sport classic II's. Guess I have a hard time making up my mind.

For the price I saw ($750/wheel) you could get some nice BBS LM's, Fikse, Kinesis, or Forgelines. These are all Forged wheels which will be lighter and since they are three piece wheels you can repair them if they get damaged. Check Carnewal for prices on the BBS.

Bling! Bling!

I think you made the right decision there Michael. Your 'Miami Vice' comment was right on target. Your new Sport Classic wheels look great.

AC,
Also Check out the post that PeterS made with a pic of his new ride and the Kinesis K-18's. I think they look great also.
