Default Torn seal on rear control arm

As I installed my new M030/Bilstein HD suspension this weekend, I noticed that the rubber seal on the rear lower control arm was torn in half. A quick check at dealer and was told can't replace but must purchase new arm for $195. Ouch.

Does anyone know of a repair part or whether it's critical?

Thanks.

Keith

Don't forget the cost of an alignment after you replace the control arm.

Wasn't that discussion for the front a-arm bushings?

Yep. I have an alignment scheduled for Wednesday. Hope to get it replaced/repaired then while they are fiddling with the adjustments.
