Planar serpentine antennas
Just sorting out the manual pouch in the car, and found a black plastic slip about 4"x3", which looking at the patent number turns out to be a "planar serpentine antenna".
As the name and patent description suggests, it's an antenna, but is it standard for a 993? I've had concerns over antenna strength in the car before, but the connections etc form the screen antenna to the radio (CDR-210) are fine.
Any ideas?
