Rocking Seat

My driver's side seat rocks. By that I mean it tips slightly, not that my seat is way cool. It has done it since I've owned it, and from the records it looks like the original owner had the dealer mess with it. It feels like it is the base of the seat rocking, as opposed to the seat back. Any thoughts on a fix or should I continue to live with it?

Are you sure that all the seat bolts are tightened??

Does it make a creaking sound? My seat started creaking a bit after a DE, probably due to my, ahem, husky mass. But tightening the 6 bolts and running the seat all the way up and back to redistribute the stinky goo on the runners took care of it.
