bent hollow spoke
When I bought my car it arrived with 3 hollow spoke wheels and one solid spoke in the front. The car has 8" wide hollow spokes up front so finding one was not easy. Ended up buying a chrome one off of eBay and chemically stripping it. It was refinished at a well known wheel shop and they straightened the wheel out but noted it has a bit of "left-right" bend to it that can't be fixed. I get vibration above 80 or 90 mph. Is this true or could they just not fix it?

When the tire shop mounted the tire, did they perform a "run-out" on the bare wheel? What did they find/report? Was the tire road force balanced?
A quality tire shop will take these steps, and also properly match-up the inherent high & low spots of the tire and wheel (yin and yang style).
