Very nice NB Auction closing today

Realizing that one sale does not make a trend, the price and activity on this car makes you wonder about the WB Thread. There it seems that a rising tide does not lift all boats and that NB, cab or tip pricing will not follow this trend.

I find the narrow body coupe to be the most desirable of all the examples. I know the wide body cars cost more and are more rare, but to my eye the narrow body cars just have better proportion, especially when set at the right height with a proper offset and alignment.

I'm biased but if someone wanted/needed a nice tip - for whatever reason - they are pretty hard to find. Just sayin

Now, this one..., I do think it's quite a bit ahead of its time. $84k all in for a 85k odo NB. 911r has to be popping the Dom Perignon...

THat's awesome. So my more desirable (imho) original POLAR silver NB coupe with a mint original FULL black leather interior (once again a much upgraded feel to the interior and imho a much better color with silver) with just 20,500 miles and a cleaner underside, all the prerequisite mods at euro height on BBS E88 rims is worth.......? Doesn't really matter cause I don't ever see me selling it.
IMHO

All of these cars are going up. With more and more electric, and sophistication coming in, the "primitive" 993 looks pretty amazing and the body style is really holding up.
I get stopped at least once a week with "what year is that Porsche?" question and when they hear it's 25+ years old, people can't believe it. So fun!
