Problem with hood
Hi
I have a 993 convertible 1997.
Last year I parked the car for winter and hood was working. Now I started the car and the electric lock doesn't open. Any idea what it can be?
Ps. Fuse I ok

Are you saying the electric frunk hood release doesn't work?
Not a factory feature on a 993 someone had an aftermarket remote hood release added.
Or you speak of the keyless entry, first, try cleaning the battery contacts in the fob and use a fresh battery.
Or not even a 993 so we don't know how to answer your question.

What does it do? Does it make any noise? Is your hand brake off or on? The handbrake must be on for the top to open.
