I'm very sorry to hear that

I waited around 8 months for these but to be fair with covid and the weather Texas had this year I told him it is what it is and to do his best. I’m glad I waited and I really hope you can sort it out with Stefan I know he was really having a hard time getting buckets made and getting people to work.

hope you get it resolved and thank you for posting

I think those look great in a 993 actually. May not be "correct" but its really amazing how much the detached headrests leave the cabin looking open and airy. I've been interested in these (also a Texan BTW though far away now) but not being able to check the fit has kept me from ordering. I'm 6'3 broad shoulders, long torso with a 38" waist or so. The stock seats sport do not fit me at all due to my height I end up with terrible posture and its tight on the outside of my thighs. I'm looking forward to hearing how the fit when you get them installed. May follow suit and order a set!

Nice looking seats! I'll be interested in seeing these installed.
I like everything about my 993 except the seating position. The seat is too high, steering wheel too low and the foot area feels off center. I had the same issue with my 87 except the foot area felt larger. After even a short drive my a$$ and hips are over it. I had pole positions in my 87 and could drive all day and had lower seat position.
I've looked at Recaro ABE seats but these look nicer.

Everybody as he likes best, no question on that.

But just to clarify, the Singer basically portrays an 'Urmodell', not a 964 ...

I should have added I think your seats look fantastic and think they look perfect in a 993. Enjoy.

Great seats you have chosen! I think they will fit the cars theme once they are installed in your car.
As for carrying, aren't you concerned about the concealed carry wear on the seats leather after a whiles use (even when using a IWB holster)?

thank you

I am concerned

there is always a layer of clothing between the gun and anything even if its just a shirt

I believe in this bucket Ii might unholster the gun and put in lock bag or glove while driving if I notice any imprinting on the leather. Usually I can rotate the holster that the gun rides pretty flat

this is not my everyday car so I will make some compromises on those days than my normal habits
As for the carrying of a gun ....... I would not live in any state or country that would prohibit that
I appreciate your opinion, but can we please keep the discussion on cars and away from potentially charged subjects. There are plenty of people for whom the subject is loaded with hurt and Rennlist is not the forum where they would expect having such discussions.

Thanks

I suppose the our constitution assaults some sensibilities here. Nice seats, BTW.
