M030 RoW Installation Questions
Rear right = 25”
Rear left = 25”
Front right = 26.5”
Left front = 26”
I looked at the front right strut/spring and could not find anything wrong. The spring is properly seated and the rear adjustment support is in the same position as the left.
Will this be corrected when I get the alignment done? If not, do I lower the right all the way to the bottom and raise the left? This would make the front over 1” higher then the back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also the steering wheel is way off center is this normal after the installation?

Great Job!!!

I am a suspension idiot and I know Kim is right about the meausrements at the fender (inner lip). However, for your reference sake, My car now is at 26 3/4" + - 1/8" at all four wheels, this with M030 springs and Bilstein HD's. I took precise measurements when the car had the OEM springs and green Monroe's and the current ride height is exactly 7/8" lower at all four wheels than original.
Something is amiss with the 1" difference you have front to rear.
My steering wheel was also misaligned after my suspension/sway bar install. They will fix this when you get the alingment/corner balance. I would mention it to them (I did) just to be sure. The shop also tweeked the ride hieght as well to get the proper rake. Are you getting a corner balance and alignment or just alignment? I cannot say for sure but I assume that they will not adjust ride height during just an alignment. Good luck.
BTW..I just spent some time under the rear of my car today and am amazed (again) at how clean yours is...

Everytime you post something about your car, EVERYONE comments on how clean it is, yet you never respond as to WHY it is so clean. I'm sure one of the reasons WHY, is because you devote alot of time to keeping it that way. Could you please elaborate HOW you keep it so clean. Do you not drive it much ? Do you take the wheels off, put it on jackstands and pressure wash the undercarriage ? What type of cleaner(s) do you use, etc ? Inquiring minds want to know.
i am sure the alignment wont change the ride height much if any.
you have moved the car back and forth a few times i assume?
you didnt mention where you had the front collars set though.
if there are more threads showing below the collar you can turn them to lower the front some more. that will take some of the power rake look out of it
also which end looks better relative to the tire to wheel wheel fit now?
i would do more work @ home before i took that beauty to a dealer to work on it. they wont take the same care you have.
The only thing I can figure is that you bought it new and never let it get dirty.
BTW, this is in no way a criticism, just jealousy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you considered getting the car's corner weight checked with you in the car? Corner weight is what will be a key player in cornering. Though ride height may be an indicator of wheel weights sometimes, it is not always. You might try looking aorund for a good race mechanic and get the diagonals evened out. Height will be insignificant after that, and just might level out afterwards!
For your therapy I prescribe that the next time it rains really hard, your take your car out of the garage, or hermetically sealed plastic bubble or whatever you keep it in, and drive it at least 20 miles on Lake Shore Drive, thru the puddles and potholes that can't be seen 'cuz they're full of water, at high speed so that dirty water is driven into every crevice under the car. Then, you must go to a downtown parking garage and turn over your keys to the attendant with no admonishments of caution or shows of emotion whatsoever. Proceed to the nearest drinking establishment and get absolutely stewed. Then take a cab to a nice hotel and sleep it off. In the morning go back and get your car and drive it back home in rushhour traffic. Then perhaps you can be like the rest of us "normal" people.

Very well maintained car!!!!
