do some 993 litronics have a cockpit adjustment?

You would probably have to slip into Germany undetected, make contact with a shady Euro-spec Porsche Parts supplier willing to sell to an American, and figure out a way to sneak the parts back into the US.
Be careful, though, since these shady parts dealers are known to turn their "customers" in to the U.S. D.O.T. for the reward money after they've made the sale.
Kidding aside, I would love to have that capability on my car.

by looking at the parts diagrams of the N. American vs ROW Litronic components, it appears that you would have to get the -right side traffic- european headlights ( that are made for the control device) , the control units, and the dash switch. plus possibly some wiring/relay work.
i think it could be done with not an awful lot of work.....but a lot of money.
question for the european rennlisters:
after looking at the parts list, it appears the lights are adjustable for height AND intensity....is this correct???

Max,
Not too sure about intensity, but I was told a while back that the Euro versions can be switched for LHD and RHD markets. Ths US versions cannot. Important for me as I'm in a RHD market and therefore can't use Litronic's made for the US.

My Euro 1994 993 has this switch...it is for height adjustment only and has 3 settings. Switch is a wheel type and fits in the cutout with labels of -1, 0, and 1 on it. My car does not have lintronics and adjustment is for whether you have passengers in the front, rear or both.

the switch looks like it is quite cheap. about $25 plus $5 or $10 for the plastic shroud. It is the litronic lights with adjustable capabilities that will cost $$$$

i think in 1995 xenon lights were only legal in one or two euro countries so only a few 993 turbos had xenon in 1996/7 xenons were made legal in all european countries but must have hight adjustment
