And so is being treated like dirt by a company who is supposed to protect you when a drunk driving s**tbag rams your pride and joy.

Did the insurer gladly and eagerly accept your payments on a regular basis?

I'm glad you got this resolved Kary. My guess is that if you file any sort of claim in the furure, it will be put under a high power microscope.

It might not be a bad idea to do a little shopping and be ready to jump ship if and when this happens again.
