Thumbs up Cat Bypass complete!

Completed the Fabspeed Cat Bypass pipe install today. Reinstalled my factory motorsound mufflers too, replacing the RSR cans.

Put a few miles on and I have to say..... the sound is pleasantly raspy aggressive but far from obnoxious when on the gas, and almost normal when cruising.
I hooked up the 2 primary O2 sensors, and tied the secondary sensors up, but left them plugged in.... NO CEL issues!! ....... so far.

I took some before and after video footage but I havn't a clue on how to digitize the analog tape. Looks and sounds just fine on the home theater 60" TV.... actually the first time I've seen my car from that perspective.

all in all, it's been a good day !!!

Cool! I had same but didn't like the raspy nature of the sound.

You're right with judicious throttle the car doesn't sound horribly loud but when you stomp it it's as loud as thunderclaps.

The CEL won't immediately be triggered. Give it a couple cold start cycles and it will be there.

YIKES!!! I was hoping I didn't damage any of my O2 sensors when swapping over to the sport cats this past weekend and thought I was home free with NO CEL... I guess now I'll have to be on pins and needles for a few weeks to find out for sure

Usually about 100 miles of driving will trigger the CEL.... Also a couple of starts in between.
