Default 993 c2S PPI Interpretation

Hi all

Got a PPI done on a 993 today and am looking for some opinion on the numbers that came out of it

'97 with 62k miles

Notes after PPI:
Small valve cover leak
Low engine oil

leakdown test:
#1 7%
#2 4%
#3 8%
#4 3%
#5 3%
#6 5%

Don’t see any issues ... appears you have a strong engine based off the numbers.

I'd be interested in how the "low engine oil" was determined. Speaks volumes about the knowledge of the shop that did the PPI.

True did they just check the dash oil gauge? or did they warm up the car, get it perfectly level and then check?

i would not even sweat the small valve cover leak. Drive it and measure oil pressure and the dip stick., put a $20 oil pad on your garage floor.

Just know that you will at a minimum need a reseal later, or convince yourself to go down a slippery slope of 'while you are in there'
