I'd confirm that 3K range as what I've seen also. My usual sources are ebay, pca.org, and porscheclub.org.

I would recommend you sitting in one before purchasing. I found them less comfortable than my stock seats, and wasn't really impressed with them on the track (granted, I was only a passenger in the sport seats).

Just my humble opinion...

I agree with Oleg. I drove a TT with Coilovers and Sport Seats. Apart from the firmness just sitting in them, the tight ride wasn't all the comfortable and I didn't see any real lateral hold when conering (not that I got to thrash it that hard)?
