Post short shift kit

Has anyone had any experience with short shift kits for 993 C4S'?

Any recommendations/suggestions?

Thanks.

I did the factory RS kit (along with RS shift know) in my TT. Works great. You will have to dimple the driveshaft cover under the car to make room. Talk to Mike Schatz at: Schatz Motorsport

Yep, I've got the same one as Mark (from Schatz). After I saw Mark's, and tried it out, I was sold. I really like it a lot.

Thanks for the info.

Just another quick question, is this a simple DIY thing?

Thanks again.

DIY?

Uh, no. After seeing it done, I wouldn't try it myself. If you're an accomplished mechanic, Mike could probably talk you through it, but re-shaping the driveshaft cover is best done with a torch, and an air hammer.
