Dashboard alignment
My upper dashboard is misaligned. It is much closer to the left door than the right door.
Is there a way to align it? It has been like this since I purchased the car, and I noticed in the previous service records that the PO had asked Porsche to align it, but it seems they didn't do a good job.
I recently had the windscreen removed and the dashboard was removed so I took a look inside. All the screws and clips seemed to be in the correct place to my knowledge, so not sure how one would go about aligning it.
Doors are aligned well with the rest of the body in terms of panel gaps for what its worth.

based on the pics, your upper dash relative to the a-pillar(and clock) is centered.
try instead adjusting the upper door trim.
once removed you will see the trim front mounting point is a bracket screwed on to the door sheet metal, lots of adjustment space.
you could slide one side back and the other side forward a little to even the gaps.

FWIW, many cars are like this. Posts suggest it is shrinking in the dash from sun exposure.
My car has this problem on both sides. Also, no amount of adjustment on the doors will solve this. Yes there is room to move the top door trim closer or further from the dash but it is not going to solve the fact that the angle on the dash no longer aligns with the door trim. You can see that the cars that have this problem, the upper edge of the dash has shrunk and now ends approximately in the middle of the A-pillar instead of coming all the way to the outer edge of the A-pillar, yet the bottom side is in the correct spot.
Not really a solution for those with stock dashboards but I recovered mine in alcantara. I plan to uncover the ends, add some filler and recover it so the angles match the door.
