Supple leather is an upgrade. You can tell from pics because it looks a little wrinkly.

Glad you asked,
It's an early prototype Porsche anti-drive-off option that if someone tampers with the ignition trying to disable the Immobilizer the seat heaters go full-on frypan and fries their ***! It was dropped after some complaints of the accidental triggering of the system and all the litigation over folks dropping hot coffee in their laps at McDonald's at the time.
Just a thought.

Good to know. Thanks.

I’ll be sure to inform hubby that I’m an upgrade...

Supple leather was all the rage in the 90's.
It's basically an option with pre wrinkled leather making the factory fresh seats looking compleatley worn out from day one! Can't believe people payed extra for that! Think: Miami Vice goes front seat!

Hmmm. Looks like fine to me. Maybe the "standard turbo equipment".... which is inclusive in the TTS pricing. Not sure why that would be included in the extras.

Also, they got the HP wrong in the description.

I think you went the wrong direction. $160,000 in 1996 is $265,000 in 2020.
