I personally like Chemical Guys products and lot's of video's on their products. I use their quick detailer, Hybrid V7 Optical Select Quick Detail Spray after each wash.

The key of course is to start from a superb detail and assume yours is a low mileage and well cared for example. I had mine recently professionally detailed recently and results were outstanding! Usually I do it myself, but this is the result of 20+ hours of exterior work by one of the best detailers in S. Cal (Jeff at Classy Car Detailing in Costa Mesa). This also has the ceramic coating applied which most ceramic coating products are much easier to use ie. spray on.

Happy detailing.

Start with Zymol car wash (about dime size) using warm water with a quality sponge and do so early AM or later in the day absolutely no harsh sunlight. Wash the entire car well including deep inside the wheels. Take the wheels off about 2x annually and completely detail those. If the paint needs attention clay bar first and the mitts from Griot are great or even the Mother's Clay Bar kit. Getting the paint surface completely clean is a must before moving to protection. For cleaning and additional surface preparation the P21S Cleaner is my go to product. After that here are three reasonable and very effective paste wax's to consider all with Carnauba and with no cleaners in the product. For absolute ease of use and quality shine try One Grand Blitz Wax. For longer lasting one's its hard to beat either Collinite 476 or the pricier 915. Both the cleaner and wax can be applied by hand or using a good orbital like the Porter Cable with the appropriate pad. For your leather restoration consider Griot's Leather Rejuvenator you'll be impressed ( their products are excellent and they provide sound advice) if not restoration then the Lexol products are good reasonably priced/available staples. For the vinyl/rubber if you prefer very limited additional gloss then Wolfgang has a good one for such. If more gloss is desired consider the Zymol Vinyl product while pricey @$40.00 its excellent and extremely long lasting. Glass cleaning is one of trial and error found using warm water on a very clean sponge inside my garage does a good job. Don't forget to clean your gauges too with the same wet sponge. In fact, consider sending your gauges to Palo Alto Speedo for complete cleaning they will come back like the day it was new. Get a good small detail brush for the vents. Last, protect your beloved treasure with an excellent cover that protects it from dust, etc. Best wishes and enjoy!

+1 for Chemical Guys products. Just started using them this year. Very happy with the results. Most modern polish companies are offering quality products so it’s really just preference. I also agree that you should consider a professional detail as a starting point to maintain from there.
