I don’t know when Fuchs started making wheels for the 993 maybe they always did but what does this forum think of them from an aesthetic point of view?

The larger sizes for a 993 came into production a few years ago. They look outstanding but are so expensive they price me out of the market.

I have them on my 96 coupe. I first saw them in person at Parade in Vermont a few years back and fell in love with them .... I was fortunate then to find my 96 - the previous owner had just had them installed. I absolutely love them.

 

I have them on my 997.1. FUCHS are real forged vs Porsche cast rip off. Pic was when my 997.1 was in Vermont and may be the one you saw.

Actually I saw the Fuchs display in the enclosed exhibition building, and talked with a rep at the table, IIRC.

Only go with FUCHS. I bought mine direct from FUCHS Germany before current US distributor was set up. Cheaper than now, sent direct payment and wheels delivered by UPS six days later! If FUCHS had made the 18 two years earlier they would be on my 993 instead of OZ custom 3 piece!

 

Augment Wheel Company out of Canada makes some damn nice ones in any size you want.
