Lets start with May 22nd, a Saturday. Anybody have conflicts on that date? If so... move your conflict! Put off those weddings and Bar Mitzvahs... this is way more important! I would also like you opinions on spreading this to the general Porsche community, perhaps excluding Cayannes. Any thoughts on this?
NorCal guys... if we met in Paso Robles, can you still come down hiway 1 and cut over at 46 to Paso Robles? Is that too long a drive for your tender butts?
Just to be clear... SoCal team claims 911/Q45 (who lives in SLO) as a member of our team. NorCal team can have all the Porsches in King City.

There are a couple of SoCal folks doing that Traquest event on May 22/23. May 29th is probably out because of Memorial Day weekend. May 15th? June 5th?
This is always the hard part of trying to plan an event. Addison? Where are you and your organizational skills?

Are you north or south of Paso Robles? That would be my rule. If I were you, I'd be on the SoCal team, as we're pretty assured of getting at least one round of free beer from the NorCal guys.

If it were me planning this (thankfully I am a SoCal coordinator! 
), I would check to make sure any proposed date does not conflict with a POC/PCA or other track event. I would then chose the date that works best for me and put it up.
My runs with the RGruppe's and SC Domination guys were fast, pretty much along the lines of our 993 heavy runs, although they like to show more top speed than we do. However, the GT2/GT3 guys are REALLY FAST. As always, I think the more the merrier.
Although this run begins in my HWFMR jursidiction, it will go beyond the scope of my authority so I am leaving this in your capable hands Steve OFE. However, I would be more than happy to be your executive assistant.

Ahhhh Addison... at last. I'll be your executive assistant. Help!
I'm thinking more of a "parade" than a really brisk mountain drive, but we can use the Marcos Pass as one shortcut. We can have a couple of "staging areas" to pick up folks along the trail. Help me with a date. Are there any big track events on May15th?
Perhaps the NorCal folks ought to "volunteer" a group coordinator of their own. Jeff? VipeBob? CP? Mike? Adam?

Yup, I'm in and June 5th is good. By the way Steve (OFE), relax your doing a great job. Except now here's a question to stress you out . . . if ViperBob lays hands on your car, can he claim it as NorCal?
