That data acquisition setup is great. Now you need to get it on the track and get the thing hot.

I tried a number of things, none of which made a meaningful difference in the airflow through the heat exchanger. I am not willing to cut up the body on the car. So, airflow is what it is.

As this has morphed into an oil cooler thread, I started a new one:

For posterity, some of the alterations. The tire spoiler is the only thing that had an effect, maybe +5%, but it is hard to be sure as there is lots of noise in the data.
