Default Frunk Decal - Help Identify

Saw this decal inside the Frunk for sale what is this Green / Black labeled decal bottom left and what cars did it come on from the factory? Thanks!

Signifies that there's a first aid kit behind the front board in the frunk. There's an elastic strap that holds it in place. Most all Euro countries require it.

I think that decal is only on EU (or maybe other non-US) cars?

My Japanese domestic model has it as well so likely a ROW thing.

Interesting. I do not have the sticker on my 993, but could tell there was a "space" on the plastic dedicated for one. I thought a sticker was missing. Good to know.
