John, thanks, but there are several drivers who would be much better for instructional videos. I don't know if Glen from Texas, a HWFM member, has any such videos, but I'd love to see some of his as he is an awesome driver.
Edward, the shift light is set to 6400 RPM. The latest dyno I have for the car shows a peak of 310 HP at the wheels at 6489, so that shift point should work pretty well. I've only recently installed it and haven't gotten used to it yet, but my own internal shift-indicator seems to be at about the same point. I sometimes hold the gear based on the next track section, but the light is a great way to verify where the engine is.
BTW, I bought the shift light from fellow rennlister and HWFM member Eric in Chicago. I took out the stock clock, hollowed it out with a Dremel, painted the dial-cover black, then mounted the shift light in its place with cover glass and bezel. I like the way it looks and works, and I'm proud to own a part once used by a very nice guy.

Mike,
The stealth recruiting activity by Skip was impressive. How could I not consider this a formal application, would you and the BOD process and advise? I'll leave to the braintrust whether it be Turtle Fodder, Turtle Soup or both.

Where's the url link for t-shirts, stickers, racing uniforms and go-faster accessories? I've gotta get geared up.
I'll host an annual team meeting (This Fall, perhaps in conjunction with the Pueblo Club Race week/weekend?) in Aspen for some incredible training runs over Independence Pass and perhaps, gods willing, a run on Woody Creek Raceway (highly unlikely).

Great video, I am amazed how great the sound is on your recording. I may burn a copy of the sound of your engine to play in my other car.
