Default out and about

Well its been nice here in Calgary for a few days so I figured I might as well disrobe Beyonce and get her out on the road. As per usual, she fired up first twist (after removing the DME and cranking for a bit to get the oil pressure up). No drama. Settled into a nice even idle and she was ready for a drive. Damn I missed this car. Its been in the garage covered since end of October!

Also had the chance to finally install my new OEM speakers. So glad I went that route as the install obviously was extremely easy. Plug and play. Also, sound relatively decent compared to what came out. Was tough to squeeze myself into the rear of the car as there is only about 12-14" between the seat backs when the seat is fully forward!

Id say these were ready to come out!

Good times!

Your car looks fantastic. Years ago we use to put ADS speakers in Porsche speaker holes. They fit right in behind stock grills and sounded incredible. I'm not sure if they are still made.Is that original black paint. Looks really good.

You must live in a different part of Calgary than me. Here in Discovery Ridge we just have snow and more snow, except for a brief respite yesterday of +13C - but i didn’t fall for it cuz i knew it was a trick.

Seems there’s a few of us from Calgary with 993’s. Let’s plan a drive and photos this summer!
