It means that the original order had some specific options requested by the buyer. In other words, the car was custom built, but does not necessarily have any "special" options.

You can request a "certificate of authenticity" from Porsche. It will list everything that was on the car at delivery in a bit more readable form than the option sticker on the trunk lid.
