Post How to replace the rev gauge?

Hi,
I've bought a used rev gauge to my 993 (old broken). Now I wonder if anyone of you know how to replace it! I've been under the dash board and looked, but it looks as it is impossible to reach the gauge from there. Should one remove the old gauge from the front or...?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yep,

Just slide the gauge out (from the front), usually easiest is to remove clock and then speedo, then rev gauge.

You have to use screwdriver or (plastic) knife or something so that you can slide the first one out. After that, it's really easy (& the first one isn't hard either).

Search the archives, there are better explanation there,
