Default Pedal Jack - Anti-Theft

Does anyone have experience using an anti-theft device called "Pedal Jack?" It attaches to the brake and clutch pedal to make it "impossible" to drive the car. Do I even need it since my C4S has the immobilizer and factory alarm system? This seems to be a relatively inexpensive guard but don't want to bother if it doesn't work as represented.

this wont work on 993s because of the way the pedals are mounted and how they pivot

David: Thanks for the response. Any thoughts or anti-theft recommendations for the 993?

I just have the stock alarm, but I keep a Billy Bat and afix it to the wheel for visual deterrant purposes. Also useful to have a heavy pipe-thingy handy in the car with all the crazies out there these days...esp in LA.

Sorry, but I think the visual deterents are kinda ghetto. Perhaps I should just be glad I don't feel the need to use one...
