Value of C4S
Hello All
Anyone have an idea what my C4S would be worth?
It is LHD with about 58000miles, Sat Nav and Air Con. New tyres, brakes and pads. Master clutch cylinder replaced.
I may have to change jobs thus commute by car. If this happens I will have to sell. SO far I have been offered £23000 which I think is ridiculous
TIA

Snoops,
Could be right, You didnt say what year it is...
If there's nothing around to compare it with, My advice is to look at the german autotrader type site ( www.autoscout.de i think) and check the prices there. then your car should be worth a little more because a buyer won't have the hassle of going abroad to check it out and bring it back, get it converted, registered etc..
That's the way I judged prices did when I was buying.

I know its a left-hooker, but I'm sure it ought to be worth more than that !
As Luke says, depends on year, and to a lesser extent, colour.
Autofarm in this months 911 & PW has a 96 LHD C4S in midnight blue, with 41k on it for 32k GBP.
I haven't had a real good look through the mag, so there may be others. Why not try contacting the guys at 911virgin.com and see what price they put on it ?
They also sell cars under commission...
I would say someone is trying to take advantage of your situation. Personally I'd rather use the C4S to commute than sell it at that price !
Good luck !
Cheers,
John.
