My first c4s came with stage I and 100 cell cats. When the cats failed I replaced with stock cat and stage III I found used. The original (stage I, 100 cell) was perfect -- a nice bite but not too obnoxious, not look-at-me I own a Ferrari with Tubi's sound. The stage III were loud and showy for me. I'm 60. I live amongst respectable folks. I want my car to stand out, with a strong voice but not scream. For my current c4s, I have stage I and 200 cell cats waiting in the garage. If it's not enough, I'll go stage II. But I suspect I'll be fine.
I have a similar set-up, Fabspeed X-Pipe with 200 Cell Sport Cats. Prior to X-pipe and Sport cats the Fister Stage 2's were IMO perfect, after the Fabspeed installation I found the set-up with the 2's was too loud. I called Daren and got a set of Stage 1's, perfect.
