Great business. I got my GT oil cooler from them and the kit was a straight forward installation. All the required parts included, even the "small stuff".

Always had a great experience with Gert, bought many times from him, from PSS10s to Ruf-style flat bottom steering wheel, always top notch customer service.

Haven’t been able to reach Gert at Carnewal recently. He told me he would have certain products in stock in April but he hasn’t replied to my last 3 emails. Has anyone talked with him lately?

Spoke with Gert himself in mid-March ordering a Turbo S front spoiler, plus a half dozen other Porsche engine parts.. In short order a 5ft x 2ft x 5-inch Carnewal carton arrived (ATL) via FedEx; As usual for the past 2+ decades. ..

That’s good to hear, thanks. I have also ordered many parts from Gert in the past. This is the first time he has not replied. I will continue to try reaching him.

Please keep the thread updated. I agree - this is not at all my experience with him, which has been uniformly excellent.

This was my first time dealing with Gert. We went back in forth via email around mid December of 2021. Around early January of 2022, I placed my order. One of the items was a Heigo roll bar which had a lead time of 4-6wks. When the 6wk mark hit, I sent a couple of emails, but did not get any replies. With production delays still happening all over the world, I just sat still and waited. Another week passed by and he emailed me back with the good news on April 21. All parts were ready to ship via FedEx. They finally arrived yesterday, May 2.

If the parts aren't in yet, I think he just chooses to ignore you for a bit. However, I do believe that he'll always come through. Somethings are just out of his control with lead time.
