No time now to do a search for you, but there are a few threads on point in the archives. The front sunroof headliner is an easy DIY, the rear is not so easy. Mine had come undone in the rear. I didn't want to risk screwing it up & it just wasn't worth my time . I had it properly repaired by my dealer for, as I recall, under $100.

Open the sunroof panel just a few inches...
Along the front leading edge of the sunroof panel you can get your fingers under the headliner and pull down...
Its just held on via push in clips.
Once its down along the front you can just slide that small sunroof headliner piece back into the body.
Like Dan mentioned... Its all at your fingertips if you just use a search.

I have searched and come up with several possibilites but havent been able to actually get the headliner out. I tried pushing it all the way to the rear of the car (near the zipper) but cant get it out that way. I have also tried taking out from the front top but cant get it to move at all..I can just take it backwards...not sure where else to go from there.

You can take it out, but it requires some effort.
You can also just pull out the metal roof section by detaching it from the car, then the headliner section comes out easy.
Watch what your doing w/ that sunroof section though, as the fine settings of the sunroof are not to be toyed with unless your realllllly good.
Take your time if you play with it further.
