Default FS Supercup Exhaust

I had a company here in Colorado make this Supercup exhaust so I didn’t need to run the original. It’s in nice shape except one dent. See pics. Sounds amazing. Gillet style opening. The dent could easily be pushed out with the right tool. $450 shipped in CONUS

Dear lord. Can you imagine being in traffic with this setup in front of you?

without mufflers?
I tried to run the engine without mufflers and there where resonating sound waves between 2700/3000 rpm able to give me a headache in 5 minutes.

CUP cars run at higher rpms than 3000, so probably there is no problem at all.

I was just discussing the supercups with Cupcar on another thread and how I haven't seen or heard of one in about 10 years and here you go. Do you track this still?

Also what were the power gains and pros and cons of this exhaust?

I only track mine at a few events anymore. I took it to Rennsport 2x ago. I take it to the local track just to keep it exercised. I did a complete PMNA rebuild several years ago so it’s very fresh.

Remember though this is an actual 993 Cup so I didn’t experience any power gains over the original Supercup exhaust. I just removed it because they are so rare. I was racing it more then. Now that I’m not I have the original Supercup exhaust on it.

Makes perfect sense. I have always been a 964 guy but being on track with these years ago I have a fondness for these and how they look in motion. Beautiful example. Keep the shinny side up and enjoy it while you still can.

I have all the press release info on these they are quite unique.
