Please help! At my wit's end trying to figure out why my heat won't work. If I turn the temp dial to anything but the coldest setting, my blower shuts off, if I have the temp **** on full cold the blower acts normal. I've checked fuses, I also took out the resistor in the engine compartment and cleaned the connections, I even bought a refurbished CCU, I swapped units and the same exact thing happened with the new CCU. What am I missing? Has anyone had this exact issue?

Are you using the rear blower bypass pipe? If so there is an RS relay or a jumper you can add to the rear fuse box to get your heat going again. If you are not, check your fuses and your rear blower operation.
