Can anyone tell me what should be included in the 30k service? My car did not come with an owners manual, and to date, the dealer has not come through with one.

air filter
fuel filter
pollen air filter
12 spark plugs

What you need is a maintenance book for the required service. Try <a href="http://www.my-porsche.com/technical/tech3.htm" target="_blank">MY Porsche</a> for these things. They are usually good at getting them assuming Porsche has them available.
