Fabspeed X-Pipe and Sport Cat
Anyone have experience with the Fabspeed X-pipe and Sport Cats...

Got both during a Rennlist member sale. Very happy with them so far. Seem like there were a good number of people on here who took advantage of that sale also.

Ditto, I did end up trading out my Fister Stage 2's for Stage 1's though, the X-pipe / Sport Cat combo increased the volume more than I was expecting.

I have the sport cats, using them with motor sound mufflers, very nice growl. the cats are much more free flowing and there is less restriction up to 7K RPMs, can't say I really notice the weight difference, but the Fabspeed pipes are much lighter than the OEM cats. I passed CA smog 2 months ago with the Fabspeed cats.

Thanks for all the information! Passing CA smog too! That’s huge.

I have this setup on my 95 and have had many issues with fitment. The setup sounds spectacular with Fister Stage I but be careful dealing with Fabspeed. They are a joke. Too many details to sit here and post.

+1 on fitment issues, I've heard it from others too. Their customer service is OMGLOLWTFBBQ.
Since your car is a 95 and has only one O2 sensor I recommend the Dansk set up. Got mine from Design911 in the UK and it was about 1/2 the price of what Fabspeed charges for theirs, even including shipping to the US. Uses the same architecture as the OEM cat. And it fits like a glove. Sound-wise there is no difference between the two.

That doesn't mean they're CARB approved/smog legal. It just means that the smog tech wasn't paying close attention. They technically aren't smog legal/CARB approved, and any tech who notices it could fail the car on a visual inspection.
Your results may vary.

I have the stage 2 fisters with the xpipe and sport cats. Fairly mild when you are cruising and no drone either. BUT... when you punch it, it has a very nice aggressive note. Short video

Scott here at Fabspeed Motorsport, we currently are not C.A.R.B compliant, but we are working to acquire that certification. However, we do use HJS catalytic converters, offering 93-95% free flowing exhaust but also GUARANTEES no CEL. Take a look at the options and feel free to reach out for forum pricing!

Can't understand the fit problems. Fabspeed X-pipe with cat or decat(a bit loud) and Fabspeed cans ,Love 'em perfect fit and great sound. I had Cargraphic x-pipe which needed a cut and shut to fit and the welding and finish was poor. I also ran Dansk sport cans but the drone was horrible.
