Post Clutch problem? (not Slave)

Hello people,

I'm having issues with my clutch...its not hanging so I dont think its the Slave cylinder (it retracts fully) but somtimes when depressed its very heavy while at other times, even on the same journey, its can be very light.

The actual gear change does not seem effected but I'm starting to worry that it it may cause somthing more sinister to happen or it may just 'go' at any moment.

Please calm my fears..... <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Rev it up to 6K and drop the clutch. It should uncover any unknown problems immediately.
