Question WHERE to get H&R springs & Bilstein HD's?

WELL- I'm picking up my new (to me!) 993 tomorrow and the first upgrade I am going to do is to lower it. I don't really want to spend the money for new shocks (the car has 40,000) but from what I have read it is a must have. The H&R springs/Bilstein HD shocks from Carnewal is about $1400, and I do NOT want to pay that much right now. Is there anywhere in the US that I can buy these parts from? Where can I get the H&R springs for the best price? I'm going to do the install myself; where can I get an open socket? Are there any other special tools needed? One more thing- What is the best shop to take it to in the Atlanta area? Thanks for the help. -Mark

NineNine3...I just installed PSS-9's on my car and I have a set of the H&R springs that I will make you a great deal on. They were on my car for about nine months and 4000 miles...still look brand new. Email me at rrewelch@attbi.com if you are interested.

Check them out, great crew there.

Congratulations on your new purchase!
